I'm Loutas, 22 years old from Aleppo-Syria, a technical engineering (Food technology) student and about to graduate!
I'm passionate about languages and other cultures all over the world, currently I'm focusing on my German!
but I'm here to help you become fluent in Levantine Arabic
I define myself as a language partner rather than a teacher,
I used to help people with Arabic so I know the obstacles and problems a language partner can face and how frustrating language learning can be.Me as a Teacher
I mostly give conversation practice lessons to students who already have a basic knowledge of levantine Arabic or who have learned MSA before.
My lessons will be tailored to fit your needs and preferences.
I'm open for any activities you would like to do, for example:
Watching a video or TV show
Reading an article
Analyzing a song
Writing or correcting a text
listening to a podcast
journaling in ArabicMy lessons & teaching style
our first lesson is to get to know each other and to understand your needs and goals with a basic start if you're a beginner.
My sessions are basically conversation practice based, I focus on pronunciation and acquiring new vocabulary.
Throughout the lesson we'll find a balance between reading, writing, speaking and listening.
At the end of the class we can spend some time focusing on the area that you feel you need the most improvement.

I have been having conversation sessions with Loutas, and I couldn't be happier. She is an incredibly patient teacher who always speaks at a level I can understand, while also introducing new and useful vocabulary. We never run out of topics to discuss, and I always leave the class feeling more confident in my ability to speak Arabic.
