Karen is a great listener with lots of patience. She engages in conversation easily, and is quick to pick up on errors of pronunciation or vocabulary. She is comfortable using the video and adept at sending vocabulary through on the chat. I would recommend Karen for all these reasons, and hope to resume sessions with her once I have settled into my new job.

Karen listens to my needs and understands why I am wanting to improve my Spanish. She is incredibly patient; quick to support and very nifty with the keyboard when it comes to writing up and sharing vocabulary that I didn’t know. Conversation flows and an hour flies past without noticing it. She works me hard and is thorough with her feedback. Would totally recommend her!
