こんにちは！ 日本語教師のRikaです。 I'm a professional and an experienced native Japanese teacher.
1999-2006 - I taught in Yokohama.
2007-2021 - I taught in the Bay Area of California.
2021- Currently, I'm teaching in Yokohama online.
I love traveling and wine🍷. I love watching drama and anime, especially SPY×FAMILY and Demon Slayer. I love interacting with people around the world. I used to go out with my students, have parties, and enjoy gathering all my students. I love to keep a good relationship with my students!
I specialize in beginners to intermediate-level adults with experience taking my students to fluency (JLPT 1).
I am a patient and friendly person. I'd love to support your Japanese learning, teach grammar, how to speak naturally, improve your conversation skills, etc., to take your Japanese to the next level!

My teaching uses materials based on the "Marugoto," "Genki," "Irodori," etc for beginnings. Still, I combine other materials for more practice and to be able to understand what kind of situation to use. Use Drama and Anime for the upper beginners.
It depends on your goal and interest. We try many other things!
