โผ๏ธCancellation Policy: Please understand italki is my sole source of income. Therefore I need to have a policy in place to protect myself financially. Please see below:
1) If you cancel more than 24 hrs before the lesson = no penalty.
2) If you cancel within the 24 hrs before the lesson = you will be charged 50% of the lesson cost.
3) If you "no show" = you will be charged 100% of the lesson cost.5.0
