Hi! My name is Lisandro. I was born in the city of Córdoba, Argentina. My native language is Spanish. Learning a second language allowed me to travel and connect with other cultures: make new friends, work and expand my family circle. I could experience how learning this skill can change your life. I am passionate about communication and design which allowed me to connect with many people in deep ways. I love music, yoga, swimming and hiking on the woods. I have always enjoyed reading and writing. In 2013 my graphic design book "Adobe Illustrator" was published. When I started teaching on italki my life changed in a very positive way: meeting new friends around the world is fascinating.Me as a Teacher
In 2025 I start my 20th year of working as a professional teacher. I´ve been lucky enough to meet more than 2,300 students since I started in 2005 teaching group lessons of Adobe Illustrator and Graphic design.
Now I am completely focused on my one-to-one lessons teaching Spanish here in italki and also on my photography and graphic design lessons. I have met students from more than 45 countries and hope to continue traveling the world with them. My lessons & teaching style
I specialize in teaching young and adults, applying fun methods and techniques so we can find the flow in the learning process. It's challenging and I love challenges.
My lessons vary according to the proficiency level of each student. I like to be organized so we can achieve your goals in our classes. In our first meet we'll chat about different topics focusing in your interests and objectives.
The study plan is personalized and based on the practice of oral communication, the main goal of every lesson is to find fun ways to grow your skills not being afraid of making mistakes.My teaching material

The most honest recommendation I can give:
- In late 2022, I had my first class with Lisandro as a shaky yet enthusiastic student that had taken some Spanish in high school and didn't know too much beyond ¿De dondé eres? Lisandro came to our first lesson and each one since with kindness, insightful feedback, and a drive to help me discover the culture and life of the Spanish language.
- In March 2025, after working with Lisandro for just two and a half years, my Spanish progressed to the point where I received an offer to work as a bilingual teacher in California. As a non native speaker, I can definitively say this would not be possible without a teacher as dedicated and engaged as Lisandro.
