Native English speaker - has taught over 23,000 lessons: IELTS/TOEFL, Legal/Business, Conversation I am a native English speaker from the United States. I lived overseas in Armenia for almost 10 years, but I live in the U.S. now. I have an M.A. in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (“TEFL”), Cambridge’s CELTA, a J.D. (law degree), an M.B.A., an M.A. in Theology, and an A.B. in Religious Studies and Philosophy. I was a lawyer in the U.S., but I do not practice law now. I used to teach English online full-time, but now I just teach part-time. I would love to teach English online full-time again. I teach Legal English, Business English, IELTS and TOEFL Preparation, Conversational English, and General English. I am uniquely qualified to teach Legal English as I have a law degree, was a lawyer, and designed a Legal English curriculum as part of my M.A. in TEFL. I am qualified to teach Business English as I have an MBA and worked in business law and accounts receivable. I have taught over 23,000 English lessons online. I have also taught English as a second language at the Russian-Armenian University and the American University of Armenia. I use material from the internet and books in my lessons. Please feel free to book a lesson with me. Lessons start and end on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, use italki's canceling/rescheduling system (24 hours' notice).
