Hallo, I’m Theresa! Born and raised in Germany, I now live in Berlin, teaching German with a focus on real-world use. Fluent in English and Spanish and conversational in Arabic and Portuguese, I get the struggles of learning a new language—because I’m always learning too! I truly enjoy 1-on-1 classes because they allow for personal conversations and focused learning. In our lessons, we will focus on communication, real-life situations, and your personal goals. I also make sure our sessions are engaging and customized just for you. I like to try out different teaching technics and using various types of materials, e.p. podcasts, work books, videos or music.

Die Unterrichte mit Theresa macht mir immer Spaß und sind sehr hilfreich. Wenn ich keine Motivation habe, Deutsch zu lernen, bringt mir der Unterricht mit ihr die Motivation zurück.

Angenehme Probestunde mit guter Atmosphäre. Die Erklärungen waren klar und die Korrekturen hilfreich. Für mich wäre ein noch klarerer Stundenplan (Lernziele + kurze Hausaufgabe) perfekt. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung – ich kann mir weitere Stunden gut vorstellen.
