Today I had another amazing conversation class with Ashley and we finished our conversation about THE TWOS, how the number two in enneagram are known. We talked about their essence, their core interests , their levels of health and their growth. At their best, they become deeply unselfish, humble, and altruistic, giving uncondicional love to self and others. Feel it is a privilege to be there to help. On the other hand, when they are unhealthy, they become manipulative, self-serving, undermine people, making belittling , disparaging remarks, domineering and coercive and demanding repayment for old debts. About tips to grow, we talked about things they have to do and avoid. That they have to think before helping others, to help without any expectation on retuns and avoid being frustrated when the help is not accepted. For those who want to learn more about enneagram, I love ENNEAGRAM INSTITUTE. As far as I know, the best for this subject.

Today I had another awesome conversation class with Ashley and we talked about many topics, but mainly about the number one in ENNEAGRAM(THE ONES). To summarize it, THE ONES have their vices and virtues like all the other types. The ONES have a strong sense of right and wrong, inspiring, humane, hopeful, self-disciplened, always want to be fair, objective, ethical, idealist, afraid to make mistakes. When they are unhealthy, they are hightly dogmatic, intolerant, inflexible, they think they the truth itself, everyone else is wrong, very severe in judments, become obsessive about imperfections and the wrongdoings of others, although they may all into contradictory actions, hypocrically doing the opposite of what they preach. Here we have some tips for them to grow: learn to relax, mercifully, the salvation of the world does not depend on them,

Today I had another great and productive conversation class with my american teacher Ashley and talked about the number two in ENNEAGRAM (THE TWOS). They are known by THE HELPER. They are great people, since they are healthy, like all the nine types. They are generous, demonstrative, people-pleasing and possessive. Their basic fear are being unwanted and unworthy of being loved.The TWO with a one-wing is a “servant” , while the TWO with a three-wing is a “host/hostess. Their key motivations are want to be loved, to express their feelings for others, to be needed and appreciated, to get others to respond to them, to vindicaste their claims about themselves. They have a really great heart and are great professionals in this field, like doctors, nurses, teachers and all the people who takes care of others. Today I had another conversation class with Ashley and we talked mostly about ENNEAGRAM, a topic that I love talking about. We begun talking about the number one or THE ONES. They are THE REFORMER. ONES are conscientious and ethical with a strong sense of right and wrong. They are teachers, crusaders, advogares for change: always striving to improve things, but afraid of making a mistake. Well-organized, orderly, they try to mantain high standards, but can slip into being critical and perfectionist. They typically have problems with resentment and impatience. At their best: wise, discerning, realistic, and noble. Can be morally heroic.
