I hold a Master's degree from the University of Oxford and am currently completing a PhD in French Literature and Culture while teaching English at universities in Paris. Over the past few years, I've taught undergraduate and postgraduate students in language, literature and academic English, as well as adult learners. I'm passionate about languages, literature, travel and animals. As a language learner myself (I speak French and have studied several others), I know that everyone learns differently and I love helping students build their confidence. I believe the best lessons are both engaging and enjoyable, so I always adapt my teaching to each student's goals, interests and learning style. It's SO marvellous, Sarah, that you have come back on Italki. Incredibly glad to start taking your classy classes again, after almost a year! There are still so many mutually interesting things to discuss: academia, poetry, language learning technics, politics etc.
