Tinatin Bakhtadze

In this lesson Tinatin used a text as a basis for practicing vocabulary. The text was selected well, as it used a lot of repetition. It offered the opportunity to repeat vocabulary several times, and the patterns in the text made it easier to guess the meaning of new words. Very useful lesson!

It’s hard to imagine a more patient, more professional and more versatile teacher than Tinatin, who has been an excellent guide to help me with my (daring) foray into the Georgian language. Regardless of one’s level, she’s the ideal teacher for anyone who is serious about learning the intricacies of this complex yet fascinating language.

Tinatin is a wonderful and patient teacher who has done a lot to help me discover my confidence in Georgian. Her lessons are immersive and provide me with ample opportunity to practice random conversational words and expressions while she instructs me. Over time, the vocabulary become increasingly ingrained in my mind and I find myself able to better understand written texts and even words and phrases in songs. Tinatin is great to work with and I always look forward to our lessons.

Tinatin is good at presenting themes: What are you doing today? What is your house like? Why are you visiting Georgia? That way, I receive a lot of practical vocabulary. Also, because she includes lots of conversation, I learn common words like "I understand," "a little bit," "repeat please."
