About Me

With over 20 years of experience, I'm a qualified and experienced teacher of English as a foreign language. I've worked at schools in Japan, Poland and South Korea. My qualifications include a Trinity Diploma in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communications from the University of London. Now based in Oxford, I teach students from all over the world via the internet. I also work as a freelance journalist, copy editor and proof reader.Me as a Teacher
I provide general English and conversation classes for intermediate to advanced learners of English. As well as delivering high quality conversation classes, with a focus on vocabulary and natural expressions, I provide a writing correction and feedback service.My lessons & teaching style
My teaching style is relaxed and friendly. I think language lessons should be fun. But I really like to see my students make progress too. I’m a language learner myself, so I know how difficult learning a language can be. It’s a challenge. But it’s not impossible and I’m here to help!My teaching material

Diploma in TESOL - Trinity College, London - 2015The Trinity Diploma in TESOL is an advanced teaching qualification and is accredited in England by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority at Level 7 on the UK National Qualifications Framework as are master's degrees in related subject areas. Assessment was based on a written paper, coursework portfolio, phonology interview and five assessed lessons.
