Dutch / English teacher focused on improving your language skills Hi! I'm Joey, born and raised in the Netherlands. I like nature, animals, travelling and of course languages. I like to help students learn or improve their Dutch and English. Dutch is my native language and I am fluent in English, but I also speak Spanish and German. I teach grammar, vocabulary, practice reading, writing, pronunciation and more fluent speaking, and I try to do all of this in a fun way, as I believe you learn better when you're enjoying the process. During our first lesson, I am interested to know about your learning goals. Why do you want to learn the language and what do you wish to achieve? I will also assess your current level and with all of this in mind, I will make a personalized lesson plan, perfectly suited to your language needs.

Joey is a very good teacher, he always prepared many useful materials before our class, and we practiced a lot during the lesson, he is also flexible and supportive based on my learning goals.

Joey is a very good teacher. He is patient and speaks clearly and slowly, which makes learning easier. He always brings different texts to discuss during the lessons. The classes are always interesting and help me feel more confident speaking English.
