A midwestern American guy here to help you improve your English conversational skills! Hi everyone! I'm Brett, I'm 29 years old and I'm from the United States. I'm a midwesterner! I love learning new languages and meeting new people. My native language is English but I speak intermediate Russian, and also currently learning Ukrainian and can speak some German. I've always been drawn to foreign languages and cultures, so I'm excited to be here! I'm a big lover of a lot of things: history, sports, cultures, geography, politics, books, video games, movies, coffee and more! I am originally from Omaha, Nebraska but have lived in Des Moines, Iowa for the last four years. I graduated with my BA degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 2019. I am excited to help you practice and improve your English conversational skills. I am very patient and friendly so I am here to ensure that you learn in a comfortable, stress-free environment as though you are speaking with an old friend. We can discuss any and all topics that are interesting to you. Being engaged in the topic at hand is an important aspect of acquiring another language. In our first lesson, I'd love to get to know more about you: where you are from, what your hobbies are, what your greatest interests are, and what you would like to improve most with your English.
