Hi! I’m Michael Robson, a Canadian English teacher from Vancouver. I’ve taught adult learners from around the world, and I’m thrilled to meet you here on iTalki.

In the past I’ve worked in teaching academies with 5-15 students each class (students ranged from every part of the world). I look forward to working with you on your conversation skills to help you in your future endeavours! I have a range of fun topics that should last us for weeks. Once our conversation topics are done, we can jump into some fun topics in an advanced Listening and Speaking textbook :) . My lessons & teaching style
I am happy to help you with Conversational English, IELTS/CELPIP, and interviews in some industries. I won’t dominate the class with my own voice, and I will encourage you to use as much English as possible!

Michael is incredibly attentive and has meticulously corrected numerous minor grammar issues, greatly aiding me in speaking more naturally. Furthermore, he has provided me with excellent idiomatic exercises for practice.I am indeed not proficient in using these idioms, but the exercises have been extremely helpful.

I was eager to have more lectures from him but he refused me and didn't give a good lesson. Instead he sent random 3 lecturer then blocked me. I am extremely surprised to have this situation.
Note: He came 1 minute late and left 2 minutes early for 30 mins class which 10% of lesson was missed...
