Qualified Native English Teacher - 11+ years experience Hello! I’m Jessie, a native English tutor with 10+ years experience helping you speak confidently and naturally. My specialty is helping students gain confidence and improve fluency, whether it's for travel, work, or exams. I have a BA in English Literature and a CELTA Pass A, and with this I have travelled the world teaching English. I have learnt to speak Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, so I know both the challenge and satisfaction that comes with learning languages. As a teacher I am very patient and kind. The most important thing for me is rapport between teacher and student. I feel if the atmosphere is comfortable and fun, it creates the best environment to learn. Lessons will be tailored precisely to your needs, and there will always be an opportunity to change anything as needed - I am very flexible in this way. We can use course books if you prefer, or adopt a more free-style approach, depending on your preferences. Outside of teaching, I love yoga, poetry, making videos, and spending time in nature with friends. Jessie is an excellent teacher. I can feel my English improving with every lesson. I’ve started to gain confidence in my spoken English and I’m learning a lot — including how to sound more like a native speaker. The lessons are quite diverse: we go over interesting articles, work on common mistakes, and, of course, have engaging and relaxed conversations. I highly recommend this teacher.
