My name is Light. I am from Baguio City, Philippines. I have been an English teacher and tutor for a couple of years. I teach Tagalog/Filipino, Baguio Ilokano, and English. I like listening to music, singing, reading, and writing. 私の名前はライト。私のクラスでお会いできるのを楽しみにしています。Me as a Teacher
As a teacher, I can be strict if I have to, but I am basically a "chill" teacher. I make sure that my students are comfortable talking and studying with me.
I will prepare powerpoint presentations if needed and requested.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons and teaching styles vary from one student to another. I start with introductions, to make my students feel at ease. Then, I ask about their prior knowledge on the target language. If they are on the beginner level, then we start with a little background of the language, followed by greetings and their meanings. If the student already know the basics, then we move to conversation.My teaching material

If you are looking for a proper, modern, and not stiff (textbook) way of speaking Tagalog, (even though she will show you examples of it if you ask) you don't need to look further.
