I was born and raised in Greece by two greek parents who are also greek and ancient greek teachers in public schools for 25 years each of them. Speaking proper greek was always a must at my home, so from a very young age I learned to talk and express myself correctly, and if I as making any mistake they were always trying not only to correct me, but explain me why everything is that way. In Greece in order to get to the university everybody has to pass some very difficult exams and I managed to get high points in both greek and ancient greek, so I got into the Law school, the university with the highest score in Greece.
I am a very open-minded person and I have travelled and lived abroad.Me as a Teacher
I am here to teach you how to speak, understand and read greek and ancient greek. I am a very passionate person and my main goal is to make the others love my language as much as I love it! All my classes are a safe place for everyone to express and learn without the fear of being judged, because my purpose is not only to achieve your goals but feel welcomed and have something to expect!
We are getting better only by making mistakes, so I am willing to repeat for thousands of times something in order for my students to understand.
I think the biggest accomplishment is to see your students grow and thrive.

I have done more than 100 lessons so far, so i have seen people grow and be able to speak and understand greek. I have the knowledge and the flexibility to adjust my lessons techniques to your needs and your requests.

When I started Greek earlier this year and was searching for teachers, I suspected when I saw Vivian’s intro video that she was on her own level. After weekly lessons with her for over four months now, I can say that my original intuition was correct, and she’s proven herself to be absolutely one of a kind. Her passion for Greek is unmatched. Her energy and determination to help you reach higher levels of knowledge is unstoppable. At the same time, she is very patient, and willing to work with your weaknesses as long you need. She is 100 percent committed to her students’ progress. Aside from all this, it’s simply a joy talking with her. At this point (more thanks to her than to me!) my own progress in Greek is basically on autopilot. I intend to continue lessons with her well into the future. I still have a long way to go, but I’m certain I’ll reach my language goals with Vivian as my teacher.
