My name is Sabrina, I am 26 years old. I live in Oran, Algeria and I have a master’s degree in Genetics.
I have been speaking french for as long as I can remember, as I grew up in a family of teachers who has always pushed me to read and learn. I have always been interested in languages, I have a C1 in DALF exam, C2 in TCF Canada, an 8 in IELTS, and I am currently learning Spanish on my own (Intermediate level) and Japanese (Beginner level). I also love everything pop culture, video games and hiking.
Languages have always been a passion of mine. Using this passion to help others will be, I hope, a vocation.Me as a Teacher
As a tutor, I share my learning strategy that I used for a very long time. I help students learn the basics of the French language (Vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation) while making the classes as pleasant and entertaining as possible. I adapt every class to the needs of the student, with subjects that won’t be boring, whether we’re talking about science, sport, or culture. Also, having went through the exam process of both TCF and DALF, I can help people train and achieve their target score. I will also help the students with their homework, or to understand difficult articles. My lessons & teaching style
My lessons will mostly be based on conversation, to help students practice their french if they’re at an intermediate level, or learn the basics if they’re beginners. I also use resources found on official websites such as TV5monde, as I find them to be the best resources for learning. The lessons are also adapted to the level of each individual student, by adding complicated texts or on the contrary, simplifying others, all while adding physical resources such as books and videos that I myself have used to learn and teach throughout the years.My teaching material
