Linh Trương

I have been studying with Linh for a few months now, and I cannot speak more highly of her teaching methods. She selects specific activities for us to do together, and for me to do as homework, from the textbook that easily build upon my prior vocabulary and provide me with good amounts of reading, speaking, listening, and writing practice. She is a flexible and dynamic teacher, and has created and adapted lessons to topics I have asked for and allows for time for casual conversation that helps me review vocabulary and learn and discuss Vietnamese holidays, food, and places. Thank you, Linh!

Chi Linh was once again an amazing teacher. I have already noticed an improvement in my Vietnamese with her despite only studying for a month. Under her guidance I look forward to getting better and better at Vietnamese.

Great Lesson, I didn't have much time to review the lesson of the previous week, but Linh was patient with me and we revised everything slowly even though I made many mistakes.

Linh was excellent in introducing Vietnamese to a complete beginner who had no experience with the language. She helpfully guided me through learning the alphabet, constants, and vowel sounds while providing examples and even sentences I could use.

This was my seventh lesson with Chi Linh. I can't recommend her enough - she is always prepared with new activities (reading, listening, and games) that make our lessons go by quickly. She is incredibly flexible around class time, and we made up previous lessons where I had to leave early in this later lesson. Our lesson was long (1 hour and 40 minutes) but Linh had a variety of activities prepared, which meant I was engaged the entire time. She included time for review during different points, which was very helpful!

I had a fantastic first class with Linh. She came prepared with direct questions and conversation topics and seamlessly adapted to my ability level and needs. The class felt like it went by in seconds -- I was having so much fun! Linh is very good at guiding questions to build upon vocabulary and grammar and correcting pronunciation.
