Iām a native Russian speaker with a passion for teaching language and sharing culture.
I currently live in Finland, where Iām studying to become a primary school teacher.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, dancing, staying active, and travelingāmountains are my favorite places, and I love skiing whenever I can!

I have a strong background in teaching and intercultural communication, which helps me create engaging lessons for students of all ages and levels. My studies in Intercultural Teacher Education allow me to understand different learning needs and adapt my approach.

Ekaterina is the most professional teacher I have ever worked with on Italki. She uses a very organized Miro interface structured with a warm-up and layered exercises that work towards the primary lesson. I feel like I am making tremendous progress working with Ekaterina and I greatly appreciate her creative use of technology and engaging content.
