This lesson introduces Japanese culture and daily food life, conducted entirely in Japanese.
日本の文化や日常の食生活を日本語のみで紹介するレッスンです。
I live on Awaji Island, known in Japanese mythology as the island of creation.
私は、日本神話に登場する国生みの島、淡路島に住んでいます。
For nearly 30 years, I have been involved in Japanese food culture and daily food life, including home cooking, seasonings, dashi (umami), and tea.
これまで約30年にわたり、日本の食文化や日常の食生活を中心に、家庭料理、調味料、だし（うま味）、お茶など、日本の暮らしに関わってきました。
My hobbies are wearing kimono and playing the sanshin.
趣味は着物と三線です。
I introduce Japanese culture and daily food life in Japanese for learners at B1–C2 level.
日本語がある程度話せる方（B1〜C2）向けに、日本の文化や日常の食生活を日本語で紹介しています。Me as a Teacher
With a focus on learning in Japanese, I introduce Japanese culture and daily food life through specific topics.
Topics include traditional seasonings such as miso and soy sauce, basic knowledge of dashi made from katsuobushi and kombu, food habits, the proper use of chopsticks, and tea culture.
I also introduce ways of brewing Japanese tea, Chinese tea, and Taiwanese tea as part of daily life.
日本語を使って、日本の文化や日常の食生活をテーマ別に紹介しています。
味噌や醤油などの伝統的な調味料、かつお節や昆布のだしの基本、食習慣、箸の使い方、そしてお茶の淹れ方を扱います。
日本茶・中国茶・台湾茶を通して、日常の茶文化も紹介します。 My lessons & teaching style
