Hi everyone! My name is Hannah, a CELTA-certified teacher with a passion for developing learners' English-language skills. I started teaching English in 2021 while I was living in France and was then certified through the University of Cambridge where I received a Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults. Since then, I have taught over 1,000 lessons to English learners of all levels from all over the world!
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, biking, yoga, reading, cooking/baking, and watching movies. I love to travel and learn about different cultures, including learning about your culture during our lessons!Me as a Teacher
What kind of teacher am I? I am fun, flexible, creative, engaging, and prepared to use a number of methods to help you reach your English goals. I have over 3 years of English-teaching experience as well as teaching experience in early childhood education. I am CELTA-certified and remained above-standard throughout the certification process in areas such as planning, establishing rapport, and providing a clear and communicative focus for language.

My teaching methodology is simple: Personalized lessons to develop confidence and comfortability. Feeling both confident and comfortable during your English class is essential for growth. All of my students students see progress for a reason: my teaching methods work!

I’m so grateful to have Hannah as my English tutor! She is incredibly kind and always takes the time to answer all my questions. Even if she doesn’t have an immediate answer, she makes sure to investigate and brings it up in the next class, which I really appreciate. What I love most is how she encourages me to ask questions, even outside of class. I can text her if I have doubts before our lessons, and she’s always so responsive and helpful. Her teaching style is dynamic and engaging, which has made learning so much more enjoyable and effective for me. I’ve seen real improvement in my skills, and I couldn’t ask for a better tutor.
