Hey everyone, my name is Yen. I am a native speaking German-Vietnamese who was born and grew up in the eastern part of Germany. Currently living in Berlin. I am a curious person who is passionate about travelling, eating food from all over the world and loves to experience new and foreign things.

I am a very positive person who extends beyond encouraging you to learn German; I am also committed to assisting you in creating an immersive linguistic environment and atmosphere. I know how difficult learning a new language sometimes can be. It is important to me to make my lessons a space, people like to enjoy and come to. A space where you never should feel ashamed by making mistakes.

My lessons & teaching style

What I offer is customized, engaging German immersion content. In other words, I will talk with you in German at a level slightly above your current one. This approach, using comprehensible speech, enables you to naturally acquire German in context. Depending on your proficiency, I will tailor my speaking speed and choice of vocabulary. To further facilitate your understanding, I'll provide contextual support such as pictures, detailed explanations, and gestures. This will help you naturally acquire German.
