I am a 26-year-old native Bulgarian speaker and fluent in English as well. I grew up in Bulgaria and have been living there for the majority of my life. I have also lived in the United States and I'm currently living in Spain. I can say I'm a very easy-going person, patient, positive, friendly, and excited to learn more about where you are from, your culture and also teach you about mine. I love traveling and getting to know and explore new places. In my free time, I like to stay active - I am training for a half-marathon currently, I love hiking, riding a bike, going out with friends, and making YouTube videos.Me as a Teacher
What you could expect from my teaching and my lessons really depends on the level of Bulgarian that you currently have. I would prefer it if you have some background in the language as my lessons are more tailored towards speaking about different topics and interactive ways of practicing the language.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons would consist of speaking on various topics. I would like to make you feel relaxed and comfortable, a safe space where you can make mistakes and I will correct them and just chat and improve your speaking skills. I can adjust to your level of Bulgarian and start from there. I can provide you with some materials that can help you better understand the basics of the language.My teaching material

I enjoyed my lesson with Georgi. He's a very good teacher who speaks clearly and focuses on what I want to learn.
Unfortunately, I find the experience of dealing with Italki creepy. I'm horrified that Italki shares my browsing history without my consent and enables teachers whom I chose not to contact to spam me.

Georgi is a great teacher, he made the lesson fun! It felt like talking with a friend, but at the same time he kept switching to Bulgarian and correcting my sentences so that we really did keep learning in-between. I am very much looking forward to our next lesson with him!
