Hi! I’m Reza. I was born and raised in Iran, and I’ve been living in Montreal with my family for the past couple of years. Farsi is my native language, and teaching it has become something I genuinely enjoy.
I’ve been teaching Farsi to both children and adults for more than 10 years. I love meeting people from different backgrounds and helping them connect with the language in a simple and enjoyable way. Every student learns differently, so I always try to make my lessons comfortable, clear, and at a pace that works for you.
I speak English fluently, and I also know some French and German, which makes communication easier for beginners.
My creations
Me as a Teacher
As a teacher, I like to keep things simple, friendly, and relaxed. I know learning a new language can feel a bit intimidating at first, so my main goal is to help you feel comfortable and confident from the beginning.
I’m naturally patient, and I never rush my students. I take the time to explain things clearly, and I always make sure you understand before we move on. Mistakes are completely normal — they’re part of the learning process — and I’m here to guide you gently through each step.
My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are simple, comfortable, and focused on what you want to learn. I don’t follow a strict, one-size-fits-all plan — instead, I take time to understand your level, goals, and learning style, and then build the lessons around that.
I like to keep things relaxed. There’s no stress, no pressure, and definitely no rush. We go step by step, and I’m always happy to explain things in a different way if something isn’t clear.
I use real-life examples and everyday situations so the language feels natural and useful. Whether we’re practicing basics, simple sentences, or more advanced conversation, I focus on helping you feel confident using what you learn outside the lesson.
