I'm from Osaka, Japan. I enjoy taking pictures, watcing movies, traveling, sewing and listening to music.　I have lived in four African countries. I love to learn other cultures and see beautiful nature and historical sites. Ｉhold a Master of Education (TESOL: Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) and also passed the Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test (Japan Educational Exchanges and Services). I am a certified teacher of English, Japanese and music and I have taught in Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Tanzania and Rwanda as well as in Japan. I have more than 15 years of experience as a professional teacher. My teaching experience is mainly teaching English at universities in Japan as well as company classes. I have also taught Japanese in-person and online. My lessons are clear, structured, and tailored to each learner’s goals. I teach General English, academic skills, exam preparation, and communication-focused lessons. I emphasize understanding why English works the way it does and balance explanation with practical use. I also offer guided free conversation lessons, which are topic-based and include gentle correction and feedback to improve fluency and accuracy. Japanese support is available when needed, and I aim to create a calm, supportive learning environment.
