Natsuki

We did a lot of reviews today which was super helpful. Natsuki Sensei really does a great job with knowing what the students need and areas one can improve on - and she will develop a lesson plan to address them. Her teaching approach is very personalized. She takes a lot of time to prepare her lessons based on the student's needs. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness!!!

Today was yet another fun and action packed lesson with Natsuki. As usual, she starts the lesson with reviews to make sure I didn't forget the things we learned before, then she jumped into the new grammar points. These were things I haven't learned before but Natsuki was really supportive and did an awesome job explaining the concepts in terms I could completely understand. I can honestly say that my listening, speaking and reading skills have greatly improved since taking Natsuki's lesson. Her approach is very well rounded and you will definitely get better in every aspect of your Japanese learning journey.

As always, Natsuki had prepared an awesome lesson that's tailored made for my own individual goals. I can't stress enough how effective her teaching method is and how much value I get from a 45 minute lesson. I always come away learning new things in every lesson and it's just the right amount of information. It's never overwhelming and she also makes sure to review the material in the next lesson.

I had a very specific request for Natsuki Sensei to teach me about the tricky topic of particles (助詞). Despite trying to study this on my own, I never really felt like I had a full understanding until Natsuki Sensei explained it to me in such a way that was very easy to digest and understand. She used visuals/pictures and other materials to really drive home this concept. She even gave me a quiz and I'm happy to say that I scored over 80% thanks to her effective method of teaching! Natsuki Sensei is a true pro and is an excellent teacher.

The lesson today was a bit more challenging and we focused on some new grammar points and reading text with Kanji. Natsuki-Sensei asked questions about the stuff I read to ensure that my comprehension is suitable with the material. As usual, she is very supportive and helpful every step of the way, which again made for such an enjoyable and EFFECTIVE learning experience. 5/5 stars!!

I really appreciate the fact that Natsuki Sensei structures her lessons with the student's goal in mind. Our lessons go by quick and it is dense with useful material and information. She plans her lessons very well to ensure that you get the most well rounded exposure to Japanese. We always do a fair amount of speaking, listening and reading in her classes. Natsuki Sensei also speaks very clearly and will use language appropriate to one's level, so you feel confident conversing with her. I highly recommend her classes! If you want tangible improvement in your Japanese, Natsuki-Sensei is the teacher for you.
