I am a dedicated person with a passion for teaching and kids. I love being around people and my students give me a new meaning to life. Positivity is my biggest asset. When I am not teaching, I love being creative and spending some time outdoors. I have 16 years of teaching experience, from preschool to grade 12 in various subjects including English and Afrikaans. I have a tremendous passion for children, especially on a one-on-one basis. My teaching experience and passion for teaching make me an ideal candidate to help you reach your goals.
I have extensive experience in imparting lessons and developing curriculum and teaching materials. I am excited for introducing a series of activities-based learning sessions to you. I am eager to bring this talent to you. My goal is to combine my range of experience with my ability to be a compassionate, enthusiastic, and intelligent person who will make a positive contribution.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are interactive and fun. I would like to take you on an adventure and open a new world to learning by using colorful presentations, and learning poems and songs together. I do take into consideration the age of each student before preparing the perfect age-appropriate level of understanding lesson. My lessons will include videos, worksheets, flashcards presentations, and music just to name a few but is not limited to. I believe that my lessons are a safe space to make mistakes and enable students to feel confident in asking questions as we learn while we grow lesson by lesson.My teaching material
