Hi! My name is Louise, and I’m a native Swedish speaker. I was born and raised in Stockholm, where I still live. I absolutely love languages and enjoy sharing that passion with others. I’m also really into traveling and learning about new cultures—it’s such a great way to connect with people and see the world from different perspectives. Although it might sound cliché, I really do believe that with the right mindset, anything is possible. That’s why I always aim to make learning feel relaxed, positive, and fun. I’m super patient and genuinely enjoy helping others. Over the years, I’ve tutored in a bunch of different subjects, and it’s such a great feeling to see someone improve and grow more confident. My goal here is to help you feel the same way while learning Swedish, at your own pace and in a way that works for you. Primarily, I’ll make sure to get a good understanding of your goals and where you’re starting from. From there, we’ll tailor our sessions to suit your needs—whether that’s focusing on conversational Swedish, improving grammar, or just building confidence. Louise seemed like a very good teacher and chatting partner! She is cool and easy going, very present, responsive and learning oriented. She asks about you and gives you room and time to respond, correcting when needed, and she also has a way to enrich the conversation and contribute in the flow. Her articulation is clear and she will repeat slowly if you are having a hard time understanding. Surely recommended!
