I am a Russian native with pedagogical education in math and experience in languagelearning and artspracticing. These areas are not so far away from each other. In math you need connections, as well as in arts and language. I am a strong believer in learning based on some undertaking i.e. context, as this approach helps our focus drift away from the object and let us summarize the digs rather than engrave by force. It's still labor, but a labor with a taste of journey.

Me as a Teacher

I prefer to be a companion in the journey of acquiring a new language, that means being present and supportive, but encouraging the student's freedom and will.

My lessons & teaching style

I work using pieces of art like music, cinema dialogues etc. to explain the topics as they arrive in the context. My approach is all about slow and steady growth which is based on the combination of story and language structure discussion.
