I’m 24 and from the Philippines, and I’d describe myself as someone who’s warm, curious, and a bit of a daydreamer. I love cooking, painting, playing chess, and losing myself in Stardew Valley when I want to relax. I’ve been learning Turkish for six months now (on-off) because I enjoy exploring new languages and cultures. With a background in Engineering, I have a soft spot for analytical activities, but I also love getting my hands dirty in the garden and surrounding myself with greenery—my favorite color, of course! I am a certified English teacher with TEFL certification and over 4 years of experience, I specialize in conversational English, exam preparation (IELTS, PTE), job interview coaching, accent training, and vocabulary expansion. I’ve taught professionals in group classes for companies in Brazil and have experience teaching children and teens, primarily from Poland and China. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I bring a structured, goal-oriented approach to my lessons. I do many types of classes, I do business, grammar and vocabulary, but mostly I do conversation classes. My conversation classes are intended for students who already had learned the basics of the English language but just needs a ground to practice on, to actually gain confidence when talking also to other people outside class.
Aside from that, I also adjust to my student’s needs, I assess them in how I can help them and make the proper syllabus for their needs.
