I’ve taken lessons with Soo for over two months now, and she is a great teacher! What I like the most about her teaching is how structured each lesson is, so we cover a lot in a short amount of time. I learn dozens of new vocab in just one hour. And by “learning”, I mean that 쑤선생님 not only teaches me the meaning of each word, but also its usage with lots of example sentences. I also practice using the new words myself. 쑤선생님 also teaches by dissecting the clauses of complex sentences. Sometimes it's difficult for me to grasp the meaning of long sentences, but 쑤선생님 helps me break such sentences into manageable chunks that I can understand individually, and then we put the pieces back together to understand the whole sentence with clarity. 쑤 선생님's methods are efficient, effective, and enjoyable. I recommend her!

Ssoo was super focused the whole lesson making sure we get through as much as possible but definitely making sure we get some repetition in so it sticks.

Another great lesson with 선생님! Our classes are very focused on speaking and listening practice in a very structured and scaffolded manner, which is exactly what I've been looking for. I chose to work with materials that are slightly below my actual level to help me get comfortable with making sentences on the spot while speaking, which is my weakness, and 선생님 is very supportive! Her class materials are excellent, and she gives just the right amount of homework. And of course, 선생님 herself is very kind and encouraging~ I will continue my lessons with her! 감사합니다, 다음 수업 만나요 😊

I enjoyed another lesson with 쑤 선생님! We went over two articles about the benefits of sleeping and how you can sleep better, and I learned many words as always. Thank you again!

Ssoo is first of all a really nice person. I immediately felt comfortable and welcome in the class. She was well-prepared with varied material to practice vocabulary, listening, grammar and speaking.
