We have had enough of theories in physical classes and so we mostly come online to get interactive lessons.. I normally let my students lead the lesson unless they are at the beginner level. In this case, I have to teach first, then after capturing a few concepts, they can lead. I am free and open to opinions and suggestions. I like to let adults be adults! I'm still the teacher though... hahaMy teaching material
