Mabuhay! Hello! I am Patricia Amaro and I am from the country Philippines. I can speak 2 languages, Filipino specifically Tagalog, and English. I am still taking up my bachelor's degree which is Bachelor of Arts in English Language Studies. I am also a former Junior High school associate editor-in-chief of a Filipino school paper publication. I have also experienced teaching junior high school students with Filipino subjects. The fascinating connection between the two languages is my fuel to start teaching.Me as a Teacher
I like to take learning as something enjoyable. That is why, in my class, we’ll not just be learning the language but also enjoying it. I want to teach through having conversations about famous cultures, traditions, places, and food in your country and my country. I want to start the language journey of my students by giving interesting information about Filipino and its connection with English. Because they are seemingly related to each other.My lessons & teaching style
In my class, I will use visual presentations, videos, and conversations to cater to all learning needs. I will also give interactive topics and structured outlines to help improve the language learning of my students. I will ensure that I will start the lesson with conversations to set the proper environment for learning.My teaching material

I loved Patricia! She was extremely kind and welcoming, the presentation she made for our class was not only aesthetically pleasing but also informative. The class was taught in a way that I was able to understand the contents easily with the way she taught, it was very educational and informative and I learnt a lot. She was incredibly encouraging too. I look forward to our next class!
