Ryogo

Just for context, I booked a lesson on Italki to better improve my Japanese that I have been learning for about 2 and a half years. I had a trial lesson from Ryogo, I'll probably book another lesson again next week, he's very friendly, very thorough and very understanding. Just from the trial lesson alone, I actually learnt a couple new words and phrases, and a new grammar point that was new to me, something that textbooks never taught me but still seemed very useful. Whenever I didn't know something, or if there's a better way to rephrase something, he'll type it in chat, so that you can look back on it later, which I find extremely helpful. He also seems to have a structure in place too, which makes me think he'll probably find out what level I'm at and go from there. I'm definitely booking another lesson in the near future. Highly recommend Ryogo if you're looking for someone like what I just explained earlier.

He was really energetic but also calm, which is something i really look forward in a teacher. He is also patient when you are stuck he will help you! I look forward to the next lesson.

Having lessons with Ryo always makes me more motivated to learn Japanese. He balances fun with learning, so even when what we are studying is difficult, it doesn't feel so bad. He is also very patient and gives me enough time to come up with my own sentences; when I am having trouble, he doesn't rush me. I really look forward to my lessons every week.いつもありがとうございます！
