Hi, my name is Francesca and I come from Italy. I've been living in Latvia for almost 7 years, where I've been working as a teacher of Italian as a foreign language. I've had the passion for learning foreign languages since I was a teenager, that's why I've made the main focus of my studies and of my professional career out of it. After learning some foreign languages and meeting meet great people around the world, I've decided not to stop because in this case my motto is "the more the better!". That's why I'm here on Italki - to keep learning new languages and to help those ones who would like to learn Italian, my mother tongue. I'm a qualified teacher of Italian as a foreign language with six years of experience in teaching Italian to children, teenagers and adults, both in formal and informal contexts. I'm generally open to meet any of my students' needs and goals concerning the learning of the Italian language. I'm ready to help beginners starting from the basics, students with previous or basic knowledges of Italian, students who want to improve their Italian in specific and targeted areas etc. I adapt my lessons according to my students needs and wishes concerning the target language. I usually teach grammar structures together with vocabulary and I try to apply those to potential everyday-situations, in order to make the learnt contents as realistic as possible.
