After taking more lessons with John, I’m really impressed. He focuses on specific discussions to boost my comprehension and helps me actively improve my vocabulary. The lessons are enjoyable and highly effective. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a good English tutor! 🙂👌

I had so much fun in today's Korean lesson with 예준님! He has such a friendly personality that instantly made me feel at ease. For the first half of class, we did self introductions and talked about our shared hobbies. It was so exciting to see how much we had in common! He taught me some fun gamer-talk! Throughout the conversation, he explained phrases that I didn't understand and helped me find the correct words to say when I asked for help. I especially liked that he explained the concepts in Korean instead of English, which really helped model how to explain things more simply without reverting to English. During the second half, he helped me understand the meaning of some Korean internet slang that I had been confused about! I had sent him screenshots before class, then we discussed their meaning during the lesson. It really felt like I was talking to a friend. We laughed a bunch! I highly recommend him and look forward to another class! ^^

The lesson was an absolute bliss. John is very engaging and fun. Totally recommend!

john 선생님과 오늘 처음으로 수업을 했습니다!그 동안 영어를 이야기 할 기회가 없고 계속 공부할 수 있을까 하는 걱정때문에 고민을 했는데, 첫 수업 이후 그 걱정은 사라진 느낌입니다. 너무 친절하고 무엇보다 제가 너무 긴장하지 않도록 편하게 대해주셔서 틀리더라도 최대한 많이 말할 수 있는게 너무 좋았던 것 같아요! 그리고 질문에 대해서도 차분하게 그리고 이해가 가능하도록 설명해주셨구요. 만약에 영어를 공부하고 싶으신 한국분들 있으시면 이 분하고 수업을 들어도 너무 좋을 것 같아요. 앞으로 수업이 기대됩니다. 또 예약하고 틈틈히 선생님하고 영어공부해서 더 실력이 좋아질 수 있도록 저도 노력해볼게요! 감사합니다!
