Bonjour! Hello! 안녕하세요?
My name is Nelly, I'm 30 years old and I'm a French girl currently living in Seoul, South Korea.
I come from a French Island called La Réunion and I lived there until I was 18 years old. Since then, I've been traveling a lot and also lived in France, South Korea and Japan.
I love meeting people from around the world and sharing my culture and my passions with them as they share theirs.Me as a Teacher
Learning from and exchanging with others is my biggest interest in life and I believe that teaching is one of the best ways to do it. As a teacher, my main approach is to adapt to the needs/ wants of the student regarding his/her level but also his/her interests. To me, the most effective way to learn a language is by learning it through our passions , whether it is music, art, culture, etc. But I also think that it is important to learn about the culture surrounding the language we're learning.My lessons & teaching style
I like to combine two types of lessons:
- lessons about the student's interests/ passions , or just what they want to learn about in general
-lessons about cultures (if the student is learning French, French culture, etc.)
This is why I can use a wide range of mediums and can adapt the class to the student.
I can also help any student who needs to pass the TOEFL test as I took it myself and scored 103/120.My teaching material
