Hi, I’m Eti. I was born in Israel, and except for a 2-year stay in Sweden I lived here my entire life. I make it a habit to travel abroad once a year, preferably to non-urban places. I’m a data analyst, and I love it. My other passion is reading books and writing book reviews. I’m an outdoor person, not a day goes by without a walk in the forest. I'm a (proud) mother of two sons, a data scientist and a full stack engineer. I knowledgeable of the Hebrew complexity, and although it’s my mother tongue, I still enjoy investigating it. Hebrew is not easy, but this is part of its charm.
I’m a believer in learning through practicing. Memorizing the many rules and exceptions can be too boring, so instead of learning the rules per se, I suggest integrating them into a conversation. If you have a basic knowledge in Hebrew and you want to get better, let’s start by chatting, or reading together. The rules will emerge from the discussion.
As a teacher, I emphasize flexibility and personalized learning. I adapt my teaching style to meet each student's unique goals. My lessons incorporate interactive chatting and curated texts, creating an environment where students can express themselves comfortably. I foster a supportive atmosphere, encouraging feedback to refine our sessions. I integrate cultural elements to enrich the learning experience, helping students connect with the language on a deeper level. My goal is to make learning Hebrew enjoyable while guiding students toward fluency.

I had several classes with Eti already and I'm very satisfied. She is intelligent and funny and it feels comfortable to speak with her. I'm planning on continuing our work together and can recommend other students to consider her as their hebrew teacher.
