I'm Richard, a professional British English teacher with 10+ years of international English and linguistics teaching experience in 5 countries. I specialise in helping students improve their spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, academic writing, and professional communication. My lessons are always personalised and adapted to students' goals and interests. I hold a Trinity CertTESOL qualification and have extensive experience both as a language teacher and as a university lecturer. I've taught Slavic linguistics at Heidelberg University, and I now teach English at LMU Munich. My knowledge of linguistics helps me explain English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and clear style. Our lessons will focus on spoken English, advanced grammar, academic writing, exam preparation, pronunciation, or fluency. I also provide exercises and materials that match your goals. I love language learning and hold a Bachelor's degree in German, Russian (and Arabic) as well as a Master's degree in Slavic Philology (Russian, Ukrainian, Serbian/Croatian, Church Slavonic). I'm currently learning Mandarin Chinese for fun! I know that different language backgrounds make learning English hard for different reasons.
