Hi! I’m Elizaveta — a native Russian speaker currently living in Toronto, Canada.
I speak Russian, English, and Korean, and I’ve personally taken and passed both English and Korean language proficiency exams with high scores. I know how it feels to learn a new language from scratch, and how important it is to stay motivated and focused on the right things. Before moving to Canada, I studied Software Engineering in Moscow. I’ve also worked in international environments, where clear communication and cultural understanding were essential.Me as a Teacher
As a teacher, I focus on helping you build real confidence. My lessons are practical, structured, and always adapted to your goals — whether you're preparing for an exam (like TORFL/ТРКИ), want to improve your speaking, or simply fall in love with the Russian language. My lessons & teaching style
One of my core teaching principles is immersion: I believe it’s important to speak as much Russian as possible from the start — just like I did when learning Korean. This helps you think in the language, not just translate in your head.
Together, we’ll focus on natural conversation, grammar that actually makes sense, and vocabulary you’ll really use. I’ll support you every step of the way, and I promise — Russian is not as scary as it seems. 😄
