Hey folks! My name is Danila. My native city is Saint Petersburg, Russia. In 2022, I left my country, so currently, I am in hospitable Turkey.
I am naive believer in people and the power of conversations. I consider open communication as a key to understanding any culture and as a tool to break down barriers between different people.
I'm a proud father to a young boy and an incredibly happy husband to a wonderful lady. In Russian i used to be a manager in the IT and manufacturing industry.
One of my passions is traveling and capturing street photographs. My family and i love active sports such as skiing, surfing, and longboarding. Besides my family, I am very addicted to music.
Me as a Teacher
I'm not a professional tutor, but I absolutely love talking with different people, and I'm always excited to help anyone who's learning Russian! I’m open to discussing any topics you find interesting, whether it's daily conversation, travel, or something deeper.
My lessons & teaching style
I believe in the idea that the best way to learn a language is by speaking. So, my lessons focus on conversation. Your grammar and vocabulary will naturally improve as you immerse yourself in various sources of that language.

I really enjoyed our first lesson! I'm a complete beginner, but his clear instruction helped me a lot. I learned a lot in my first lesson! Danila is very friendly and easy to talk to. He shared his own materials, which are well-organized and easy to follow. I think these will help me review the class or learn something both in and outside of the lessons :D

wonderful lesson!!! I learned a lot about culture and more natural ways of saying things. I was quite nervous at the beginning as I hadn't spoken in a lot time. Danila offered a relaxed environment, was very easy to speak with. He provided some corrections which I will write down in my book after class. Thanks a lot of the class. Looking forward to the next one :D
