Sebghatullah Yaqubi

Sebghatullah is very engaging, and more importantly, very patient. He actively corrects pronunciation, and as very helpful with his feedback.

He was incredible. Patient teacher and a nice person. I’ve paid for a package with him and he really makes the most of each lesson! I’m a Brit and no nothing, so he’s excellent for that

I have just completed a second lesson with Mr. Sebghatullah Yaqubi. Yaqubi seems very experienced in teaching Persian/Dari. Much of the class will be conversations / presentations. And you do have the freedom to decide on what you will be talking about for next class or what have you. If you really want to be able to practice speaking and are looking for an opportunity to start, I think Yaqubi might work for you.

Had my first Farsi / Dari lesson with Sebghatullah and he has an amazing style of teaching, he was able to assess my Farsi knowledge and level and helped me to to overcome the fear of speaking in a new language and within no time I was able to speak and introduce my self in Farsi. Looking forward to have many more lessons with him.

The lesson was clear and structured, and the teacher explained the material in an understandable way. He was patient and answered my questions when needed. Overall, it was a useful session for practicing Dari at my current level.

I’ve really been enjoying my lessons with Sebghatullah. He speaks at a pace I can follow and always takes the time to make sure I actually understand what we’re covering. I also like that he was open to using the textbook I suggested, which makes the lessons feel more focused and are relevant to what I want to learn. He’s calm, patient, and easy to talk to. There’s never any rush, and he explains things clearly without overcomplicating them. I really appreciate how accommodating he is. If I need to slow down or go over something again, he doesn’t mind at all.
