As a teacher, I aim to create an interesting learning environment for my students, so that they can learn joyfully and effectively. My approach to tutoring is based on interactive learning, where questions are welcomed, mistakes are seen as opportunities for growth, and successes are celebrated. Quizzes and questionnaires, 9. One-to-one feedback, and, 10. Online discussions regarding the performance of the students.
