Have you ever felt this way? “I passed the JLPT, but I still can't speak Japanese naturally.” “I know grammar and vocabulary, but I can't find the right words when I speak.” “I can understand Japanese, but real conversations are difficult.” If this sounds familiar, my conversation lessons may be for you. Turn the Japanese you KNOW into Japanese you can actually USE. The JLPT is a great way to build your Japanese knowledge. But knowing grammar and vocabulary is different from using them naturally in conversation. In my 60-minute lessons, we talk about topics that interest you — everyday life, culture, travel, food, work, and more. I guide the conversation, help you express what you want to say, and give you feedback on natural expressions and word choice. My lessons are especially suitable if you: ✓ Have studied Japanese grammar and vocabulary ✓ Have passed or are preparing for the JLPT ✓ Understand Japanese but struggle to speak ✓ Want to speak more naturally ✓ Want to express your own thoughts in Japanese I also have three years of experience as a writer, so I pay special attention to word choice and nuance. You don't need to speak perfect Japanese. Let's take the Japanese you already know and turn it into Japanese you can actually use. I look forward to talking with you!
