Hello! I’m Mayuko. 🌸 I’m a friendly and patient Japanese teacher with over 11 years of teaching experience. In my lessons, I focus on helping you express what you want to say — not just memorizing phrases from a textbook. You’ll learn through lots of natural conversation and original worksheets that make grammar easy to understand. For children, I use fun and interactive materials I’ve created myself. Let’s enjoy learning Japanese together at your own pace and build your confidence step by step! 🌸 I currently work at a junior high school, teaching students who have recently come from other countries. I also taught in Brazil for two years, working with learners from children to adults. In Japan, I’ve taught various subjects at elementary schools and have experience in special support classes. I’ve studied and practiced how to support children with developmental disabilities and different learning needs. My lessons are clear, supportive, and tailored to each student’s pace. I always try to make learning Japanese enjoyable and meaningful for everyone. In my lessons, I use Minna no Nihongo or GENKI for junior high school students and adults. Instead of just following the textbook, you will learn with original worksheets that I’ve created to make each topic easy to understand.
