日本語を本気で学びたい人には、Shuta先生めっちゃおすすめです！ 自分が特にいいなと思ってるのは、英語を使わずに日本語だけで説明してくれて、例もたくさん出してくれるところ。中級〜上級レベルの人や、日本語の環境で勉強したい人にはすごく合ってると思います。 あと、毎回のレッスン後に内容をまとめた丁寧なレポートも送ってくれるから、復習にもかなり役立ちます！ I highly recommend Shuta-sensei if you're serious about your Japanese learning journey. What I personally appreciate is his teaching approach, mainly explaining concepts in Japanese and uses examples rather than relying on English translations. This method is especially valuable if you're at an intermediate or advanced level, or simply seeking full immersion during your lessons. Additionally, he provides a thorough and useful report after each lesson, summarizing the content covered, which is great for reviewing and reinforcing what you've learned. Recomiendo muchísimo a Shuta sensei si te estás tomando en serio el japonés o si estás en un nivel intermedio-alto, ya que explica y da ejemplos de forma clara y sin necesidad de traducir al inglés todo. Además, después de la clase te envía un reporte muy útil.

I just completed my first trial lesson with Shuta. He was exatcly what I was looking for in a teacher as someone who has studied japanese for a while. He understood that I have multiple goals in my japanese journey and that my goal with iTalki is focused on improving my speaking ability. He was willing to correct my mistakes and make suggestions to sound more natural. I will definitely be booking with Shuta again in the future. Shuta is a great tutor! As someone who has studied Japanese before but always had trouble speaking, he's made it very easy to try and speak in Japanese. Also for any questions I have he's able to explain it in Japanese to me, but a level that's much more understandable. I would highly recommend booking a lesson with him!

I had my first trial lesson with Shuta today. I wanted to focus primarily on speaking and listening and we started off the lesson by conversing a bit in Japanese. I am a at a pretty beginner level, so he helped out whenever I was missing some vocabulary and made sure to use simple grammar. He used the whiteboard to write down what was said and included the English translations whenever we used new vocabulary, which I can use to look it up later on. At the end we talked about how I would like the future lessons to be structured and took a quick look at the textbook we will be using. I am already looking forward to the next lessons.
