Supportive Certified TEFL Teacher with 3 Years of Experience Hi there! My name is Anderson. I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential. I love seeing students grow and become more confident as English speakers. I enjoy spending time in nature - running, swimming, and hiking. When I have time, I volunteer as a mental health hotline counsellor. I specialise in conversational, business, and academic English. I have more than 3 years of teaching experience - from tutoring at university to teaching special needs teenagers. I also have 2 degrees in Psychology. It is important to me that students always feel supported and comfortable to make mistakes and be themselves. I have a friendly, warm, and non-judgmental approach to teaching. The sort of Lessons that I enjoy most are the ones where I can have a casual conversation with my students and point out improvements that they can make to their English skills as we go along. The best way to learn a language is to have conversations with a native speaker. One of my greatest skills is keeping conversations interesting and getting to know people. I will make sure that you never feel like our lessons make you tired, bored, or frustrated. We will always have fun, share stories, and learn together.
