Hello, I'm Rebecca. I'm from Germany, my natural language is german. I love to travel and during my travels I got interested in learning different languages because I think the language is the key for getting in touch with people and and another culture. Beside travelling I love to read and write. I'm a published author. Bonjour, je m'appelle Rebecca. Je viens d'allemagne, ma langue maternelle est allemand. J'aime bien de voyager et d'apprendre des langues étrangères. En plus j'adore de lire et d'écrire. Hallo, ich bin Rebecca und komme aus Deutschland. Ich reise sehr gerne. Immer im Gepäck sind Bücher. Ich liebe es zu lesen und zu schreiben und bin publizierte Autorin.

Me as a Teacher

I love to laugh and I've got a lot of patience because we all learn the easiest way without stress. So don't worry, step by step you will improve your german language skills. J'aime bien de rigoler et j'ai beaucoup de la patience, parce que apprendre une nouvelle langue sans stress est plus facile. Ich lache sehr gerne und habe viel Geduld, denn entspannt lernt es sich viel leichter. Schritt für Schritt wirst du immer besser Deutsch lernen.

My style of teaching depends on your goals in learning german. Generally I think to learn a language it helps a lot to talk and not to be shy because it might be wrong. Ma façon d'enseigner est dependent de tes objectifs d'apprendre l'allemand. Généralement je pense que c'est bien de parler beaucoup si on veut apprendre une langue. Meine Weise zu unterrichten ist abhängig von deinem Ziel im Deutschlernen. Ich denke grundsätzlich hilft es viel zu sprechen, um eine Fremdsprache zu lernen.

Of the different tutors I've had on iTalki, Rebecca is consistently the most thorough, thoughtful and well-prepared. Her 'Dive into Literature' offering is particularly useful for learners who enjoy reading in other languages. It provides enjoyable practice in reading and talking, but also challenges you to think - and express youself - in new ways. As an adult learner this is exactly what I want. First class, thoroughly recommended.
