With five years of experience in a fabric trade company, three years in a staffing agency, and a year in factory production, I've developed a multifaceted professional background that sets me apart as a language instructor. In fabric trading, I gained insights into international business communication; through my staffing agency work, I understood organizational dynamics; and my time in production provided practical insights into workplace interactions. Damon is a very patient teacher. He strikes a good balance between relaxed and focused in lessons, which makes me, as a student, feel reassured. He uses materials to the best of his ability and makes sure to ask if you understand something or not. He also asks for feedback at the end of each lesson, which makes me think he cares about his students and how they find his classes. Great teacher!
